New York Giants receive: Chris Houston (75) , Spencer Adkins (55)
Atlanta Falcons receive: Clint Sintim (74)

This is a good deal for both teams. The Giants just gave up starting CB Aaron Ross, so they needed a young CB who can be the nickel behind Corey Webster and Kevin Dockery. Also, the Giants still have Gary Guyton waiting in the wings at OLB to start for Sintim. The Falcons desperately needed athleticism at the LB spot and Sintim brings that.
