Need OLB Quick

i need a decent OLB and have 2 young players with Great potential and overall stats.

DT - E.Johnson 24 (77)
LT - T.Ugoh 25 (76)

Chike Okeafor is a 67 and Clark Haggans is a 70, I dont need to much in return.

Im looking for some more speed than they have.my guys got some speed but not what i like.

Bobby Carpenter? 62 ovr at MLB, not sure what he is at OLB but probably higher. He has 77 speed...

i got like 4 OLB's that are 80+ speed if you wanna take a look at my team. Durant ahs been on my team to long to trade and sidbury can be had (DE, 84 speed, 91 accel, 81 agility, rookie) but for something nicer than those 2...

I've got Larry English and Jyles Tucker both are good players with potential. I'm not particularly interested in either of the players you laid out, but I'm willing to look at picks for either one.
