Switching to the 3-4, need pieces!!!

Ok, im switching to the 3-4 since thats the only formation that stops the run and has nasty blitzes.

My current front 7 looks like this:

?????--------------Peria Jerry------------Glenn Dorsey
Justin Durant------Mike Peterson------Curtis Lofton-------Lawerence Sidbury

I would give up so pieces of that to get some better guys. I would love to trade sidbury(84 speed, 94 accel, 84 agility) for an established rush LB and i would love to trade for a big time NT and move jerry to LE. Jerry and Lofton would take a lot to get though. I also am working with 2 1st rounders for trade.
