Draft Pick Swap

Im looking to to make a move of quantity for quality. I'd really like to add another 1st rd pick to arsenal of draft picks i have been armed with.
The offers im looking to give
My 2 2nd rd picks for a 1st and 3rd
2nd rd pick(from Eagles) and 3rd(i have 4 to choose from, your choice) for a 1st.
Im open to other ideas and offers anyone is willing to put together. S.Rice or B.Wade are OTB if prefered over a pick.
Basically my first goal of aquiring Stafford was incomplete, so my next step towards the future is to give myself the best chance to aquire the top qb in next years draft.
