Patriots and Giants Trade

Cas and I agreed to this earlier...

Patriots get:
DE Osi Umenyiora (94)

Giants get:
WR Wes Welker (91)
LB Gary Guyton (70)

Ok why I think this deal is fair. First, Welker and Osi are only 6 months apart in terms of age. I'm getting the edge rusher in Osi that I was looking for. Giant's get Welker who is a 15 point overall increase over his current best WR, now they get a reliable WR with good hands who can help relieve the running game on 3rd downs. Also Gary Guyton who has only played 1 year and has good speed (85) for an LB. Should have good potential since he'll be moving into a starting role this coming season.

This is arguably the most fair trade I feel I've made thus far
